How 'bout This?



Red Lentil and Sweet Potato Curry (second helping, if you've noticed the debris on the edge of the plate)

red lentils - Stone Mill
sweet potato - FMkt
onion - already on hand (but only one left!)
spices - on hand, and from far, far away

Instead of pita, I made chapitis

flour - on hand
salt - on hand
yeast - on hand
water - local vendor

It was less spicy than I expected, and good enough for seconds. The leftover chapitis made a wonderful hand-held breakfast today, once they were warmed up.

Salad was spinach (from the garden) and walnuts
